AH diagnostics makes a strategic acquisition to strengthen the focus on the diagnostics market.

AH diagnostics AS, a well-established Nordic distributor organization, with focus on high-quality instruments and reagents for Life Science and Diagnostics, has acquired DiuVita Diagnostics AS, a Norwegian distributor of products for the diagnostics market. The official announcement was made August 31st. 2022.

Niels S. Rüdiger, the CEO of AH diagnostics said “We are very pleased to have DiuVita as part of our distribution network in the Nordic. Since we had the first meeting with Bente Skar, former owner of DiuVita Diagnostics, we could see both synergies and good potentials in uniting our resources. DiuVita Diagnostics has a good reputation as a supplier of products to clinical laboratories in Norway. The company will remain as such keeping its name – although under the umbrella of AH diagnostics.

My colleague, Helle Sørensen, and I sold AH diagnostics last year to the Dutscher group from France to support our product portfolio of brand products to the best price on the market. Everything we can offer in AH diagnostics will from today also be available for customers of DiuVita Diagnostics.

The acquisition of DiuVita Diagnostics fits into our overall strategy to strengthen our overall position in the Nordic countries. Together our companies will be able to give customers a more complete solution with optimal value for money.”
